Welcome to your first day of the tour. Our first destination is Western Australia. Western Australia covers one-third of the Australian continent that spans over 1 million square miles. It is made up of different climatic zones. When it is warm in the north of the state it is cool in the south. Western Australia is a primary producer of natural resources of gold, iron ore, gas and minerals. It is also made up of eleven regions: Kimberly, Pilbara, Gascoyene, Mid West, Goldfields, Hearlands, Perth Peel, South West, Esperance, and The Great Southern. |
We will be spending our visit in the capital city of Perth. Perth is home to 1.38 million people and famous for it’s Cultural Center that features the State Library, Museum, and Art Gallery.
